Oo Syak Gee Lu Society of Hawaii

(Founded 1897)

This web site is dedicated to the immigrants and their descendants from the Village of Oo Syak of Guangdong Province, China. The Oo Syak Gee Lu Society is a nonprofit corporation operating in accordance with the following objectives and purposes:

To develop, promote and maintain harmony among members of the Oo Syak Village, who are now living in the State of Hawaii, and their descendants, and to create genuine fellowship among them;
To render assistance and comfort to its members, as well as others, in time of need or trouble; and
To do all things which are charitable, benevolent, educational and scientific to people.
(The purpose for this website is to inform our members and to present the history of our society.)
